Multi-starred Chef Hélène Darroze joins the Royal Mansour Marrakech!

Known for its traditional architecture, its lush gardens, its incredibly refined riads and its gourmet restaurants, the Royal Mansour Marrakech is a true bastion of luxury hotels and gastronomic excellence. And it was natural for the palace to partner with the multi-starred Chef, Hélène Darroze, to take over the reigns on the culinary direction for two of the hotel’s restaurants: La Table and La Grande Table Marocaine. For the Royal Mansour Marrakech, she will use her exceptional experience to beautifully blend her Western style cooking with Moroccan authenticity.
