Lockdown can be stressful everyday life, a relaxing break is then welcome to relax and forget the little worries. For that, what best than a sweet moment, to share or to live alone, around a delicious refreshing cocktail and soothing virtues.
If herbal teas and infusions are known for their stress reliever, they can have a bland taste and not always appreciated. Our Chef Barman then reveals the recipe for his mocktail with the evocative name, Relaxation, which combines the soothing effects of verbena and rosemary, the sweetness of honey and the acidity of lemon juice and a touch of rose syrup.
To make one Relaxation, you will need the following ingredients:
- 15 cl verbena and rosemary infusion
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 1 tsp of honey
- 2 cl rose syrup
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice cubes. Pour over a big ice cube.
A cocktail to accompany with some sweets for a moment of bliss out of time!
