2021 Easter Egg
For Easter, Jean Lachenal, the Pastry Chef of the Royal Mansour Marrakech, has designed a Beldi egg inspired by traditional Moroccan jars.
Made of milk chocolate from Ghana and adorned with ancient patterns in dark chocolate, the jar reveals praline rocks with toasted almonds, a hint of cinnamon and Egyptian Nile fleur de sel, to top it off with a few extra treats.
